The following video is a Gold Medal Walkthrough of the GTA 5 Prologue and Mission Number 1 Franklin and Lamar. As soon as GTA 5 starts off for the first time after installation or if you start playing a new game in story mode, the Prologue kicks off, and immediately after its completion, the mission Franklin and Lamar which according to the game is mission number 1 starts off. In my opinion, the Prologue and the mission Franklin and Lamar together combined form the “first mission” and the introduction of the game GTA 5. In the Prologue, Michael, Trevor, and Brad together rob a cash depot in North Yankton. When the trio gets out of the cash depot after robbing it, they get into a gunfight with the police. Next, during their getaway, their getaway driver gets killed, Michael then takes the wheel of their getaway vehicle and rams it into chasing police cars causing them to crash. Next, the trio survives a car accident trying to jump a railway crossing. After that, Michael and Brad get shot by a sniper. Trevor gets furious, kills many cops and escapes. Next, Michael’s seen watching his funeral which means he faked his death. Now, the mission Franklin and Lamar starts off with Michael taking a psychotherapy session in Los Santos, nine years later. In this mission, Franklin and Lamar have to repossess two cars from a guy for their boss Mr. Simeon Yaterian (A man who runs a high-interest vehicle finance credit fraud through his auto dealership Premium Deluxe Motorsports). Franklin and Lamar recover the cars, and then, they race each other. The race ends with the duo driving through the union depository. As a result, the police goes after them. Now, Franklin has to escape the cops and deliver the recovered car to his boss Simeon Yaterian. After that, Franklin has to drive home in his vehicle with Lamar as a passenger. After reaching home, Franklin has a conversation with Lamar. After the conversation, the mission Franklin And Lamar completes. To get a Gold Medal in the Prologue, you just have to complete it. But, following are the requirements for getting a Gold Medal in the mission Franklin and Lamar:
1. Not A Scratch – Franklin has to deliver the car he’s driving with minimal damage. The mission is very forgiving regarding this, and you can get a gold medal even after considerable damage to the car.
2. Focused Driver – Use Franklin’s special ability for 7 seconds or more.
3. Winner – Win the race against Lamar.
4. We Come In Peace – When driving through the film studio, do not hit any artists dressed up as aliens.
