GTA 5 Mission # 27 Minisub – Gold Medal Walkthrough

A Gold Medal Walkthrough of GTA 5 Mission Number 27 Minisub. It’s a heist preparation mission for ‘The Merryweather Heist’ under both Offshore and Freighter approach. In this mission, Trevor goes to the Port Of Los Santos and steals a submarine hanging off a ship called Daisy-Lee. After that, Trevor pilots the submarine to the ‘extraction point’ (Pier 400 at the Western Docks). On his way, Trevor gives Floyd a background on Merryweather. At the extraction point, Floyd, using a crane, extracts the submarine out of the water, loads, and ties it onto a trailer. After that, Trevor drives the trailer loaded with the submarine with Floyd in the passenger seat to a warehouse where the submarine will be stored for use later in the Merryweather heist. On the way, Floyd expresses to Trevor, his thoughts about Trevor getting him involved in the Merryweather heist. At the warehouse, Trevor parks the trailer loaded with the submarine. After that, Floyd, as told by Trevor, leaves the warehouse, and this mission comes to an end. Following are the requirements for getting a gold medal in this mission:
1.) Time – You’ve to complete this mission in under 8 minutes 30 seconds. Although the time limit in this mission is adequate, I would still advise you to follow the tips I’ve mentioned below for the ‘No Boarding’ gold medal achievement as they will save you time.
2.) No Boarding – Steal the submarine without boarding the ship it’s hanging off of. For this, make the cables with which the submarine is hanging off the ship snap by shooting at them. Use a suppressed weapon for this task as it’ll prevent the guards at the ship from getting alerted, resulting in a gunfight which will waste time.

Lastly, I would like to apologize for the fact that I watered-down the quality of the video in the editing process to compensate for the horrendous upload speed of my internet connection and to make matters even worse, YouTube lowered down the quality even further after me uploading it.
