The following video is a Gold Medal Walkthrough of GTA 5 Strangers And Freaks Mission 1 Pulling Favors given by Tonya to Franklin. This mission is the first strangers and freaks mission of the game and, completing it will unlock random events of the game. In this mission, Franklin has to drive Tonya to Davis Sheriff’s impound lot then, drive JB’s tow truck with Tonya as a passenger and tow a junk car that’s sitting for days back to the impound lot. The job is supposed to done by a guy called JB who apparently is Tonya’s boyfriend. But, JB is a crack addict and, he’s in a crack house smoking crack. So, he’s not capable of doing his job. JB’s life and livelihood are also on the line due to his crack addiction. So, Tonya asks Franklin to help JB out by filling in JB’s place to which Franklin agrees. Tonya is also a crack addict, but she claims that her extent of crack addiction is much lesser than JB’s. To get a Gold Medal (Perfect 100% Score) in this mission you’ve to:
1. Complete this mission in under 5 minutes. Although this mission has a cutscene, that cutscene is small enough that you can easily finish this mission under the time limit without skipping it even if you don’t use Franklin’s special ability at all. It’s either that or this mission doesn’t add the cutscene’s time to the overall mission time.
2. Unhook Bonus – Once you hook the car with the tow truck, keep it hooked until you reach the impound lot and then, unhook it only at designated spot. To achieve this, I would suggest not using Franklin’s special ability as it’ll make the car being towed start dangling.
Only Franklin can do this mission. I hope you’ll enjoy watching the video.
